摘　　要：目的了解上海老年居民护理需要量和供给量的现状。方法对上海市54家老年护理医院的床位及周转情况进行调查,采用随机整群抽样的方法,在53个居委会选取1894名60岁以上老年人开展护理需求问卷调查。结果全市老年居民护理服务需要量为11.75万人,供给量按核定床位数及实际开放床位数计算,分别为22749人次和28317人次。供给量只有需要量的20%左右。各区供给量差别较大,其中郊区最多,崇明县最少。结论上海老年护理医院的总体规模尚不能满足老年人护理需要,且区域分布不均衡。应加大对老年护理医院的投入,改革医保制度,完善老年人医疗护理的保障体系,推行老年护理保险。Objective To learn the situation of nursing requirement and supply in Shanghai. Methods To learn the bed number and turnover rate of elder＇s nursing hospital. The random cluster sampling method was applied in 53 communities and 1894 residents over 60 years old were selected. Results The supply of elder＇s nursing is much less than requirement. The supply of different districts varies greatly, and the supply.of suburban area is highest and Chongming district is least. Conclusion The supply can＇t satisfy the requirement. The government should increase the input to nursing hospital and reform the medical insurance. The elder＇s nursing insurance should be carried out.
