彩色多普勒超声对周围血管阻塞性疾病的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对周围血管阻塞性疾病的诊断价值。方法对306例临床怀疑为周围血管阻塞性疾病的患者患处血管进行彩色多普勒超声检查。结果超声诊断并明确定位上肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)3例,下肢DVT72例(其中左下肢DVT57例,右下肢DVT12例,双下肢DVT3例),下肢浅静脉血栓形成1例,动脉阻塞7例。结论在周围血管阻塞性疾病的诊断中,彩色多普勒超声具有简便、无创、可重复、准确而快速等特点,在临床血管外科中越来越显现出其独特的功能所在,可望成为诊断周围血管阻塞性疾病的首选方法。Objective To study the diagnosis value of uhrasonograpy in acute peripheral vascular occlusive diseases, Methods 306 cases of clinically suspected having acute peripheral vascular occlusive diseases were examined by scanner, Resuits The ultrsonography was made in 75 patients of deep venous thrombosis （DVT） in which 3 upper extre and 72 legs, and in 1 patient as fleet venous thrombosis （DVT）, and in 7 patient as arterial occlusion, Conclusion Color dopplor echocardiography rise provides an easy, reproducible, accurate and faster method for diagnosis in acute peripheral vascular occlusive diseases, and present an special function place more and more. therefore may be the first choice diagnostic modality in these patients.
