摘　　要：目的观察鲜芦荟汁对血小板减少患者穿刺针眼止血的效果。方法将38例患者按住院时间顺序分为两组:对照组12例采用经典的压迫止血法止血65例次,观察组26例采用鲜芦荟汁压迫止血140例次,观察两组止血所需时间及不良反应。结果两种方法的止血效果间差别有统计学意义(Uc=11·309,P<0·0005);观察组患者在后期均未发生淤血、血肿、过敏等不良反应,而对照组中有3例发生不良反应,两组间差别有统计学意义(χ2=6·558,P<0·05)。结论运用鲜芦荟汁对血小板减少患者针眼处进行止血效果较好。Objective To observe the effect of fresh aloe juice on puncture pinpoint haemostsis in patient with thrombocytopenia. Methods Thirty - eight patients were divided into two groups based on the time of hospital stays. The control group （n = 12） were given hemostasis by classical digital pressure （65 cases/times）, and the observation group （n = 26） were given hemostasis by compression with fresh aloe juice （ 140 cases/times）. We recorded the needed time of hemostasis and its adverse effect in both groups. Results In the observation group, 60. 0% got the styptic result within 3 min, 100.0% got the same result within 5 min, and no extravasated blood and hematoma, allergic reaction occurred, In the control group, no one got the styptic result within 3 min, and only 80. 0% got the styptic result within 5 -7 min, and in 4. 6% cases occurred side effect such as extravasated blood, hematoma, etc, Conclusion Fresh aloe juice has good effect of hemostasis on puncture pinpoint in patients with thrombocytopenia.
