摘　　要：讨论了功率放大器的非线性现象及其对通信系统的影响,运用Volterra级数分析了MESFET功率放大器的非线性失真,并阐述了非线性参数以及源阻抗和负载阻抗对交调失真的影响,为功率放大器的线性化研究提供了参考.The nonlinear phenomenon of power amplifiers and its affections on the performances of communication system are discussed. Nonlinear distortions in MESFET amplifiers are analyzed with a general Volterra series. The effects of the nonlinear parameters, the source impedance and the load impedance on intermodnlation distortion are researched. Therefore, some important references are provided for the linearization of PAs.
