西施舌Coelomactra antiquata(Spengler)幼虫对几种单细胞藻类摄食效果的初步试验

摘　　要：本文用６种单细胞藻类培育西施舌面盘幼虫生长和成苗率的影响。观察结果；体长８２μｍ的西施舌Ｄ形幼虫，２ｈ后开始摄食湛江叉鞭金藻，体长１３６μｍ的壳顶幼虫才开始摄食藻。幼虫昼夜摄食率以上午６ｈ－１２ｈ为最高，摄食小球藻，异胶藻，湛江叉鞭金藻的消化速度为８－６ｈ。We fosted the veliger of coelomactra antiquata (spengler)with six kinds of the single cell algae,to study the habits to take in foods and various foods,and the relationship which the growth and the rates of growing up of the veliger of coelomactra an-tiquata (spengler)change with the foods of various density. Through the observing, it draws a comclusion; D----like veliger of coelomactra antiquata (spengler)that the body long is 82 mi- crometer(u)takes in foods Dicrateria zhanjiangensis after 2 hours but the shell-top veliger of Coelomactra antiquata (spengler)that body long-ty is 136 micrometer (u) just begins to take in foods platymonas supcordiformis. The rates to takein foods of the veliger in days and nights are biggest at 6-12 a. m. The digest speeds of takeing in foods chlorella sp,Heterogloea sp,Dicrateria zhanjiangensis are 8-6h. Used Dicrateria zhanjiangensis as single food,the effest of the grow seedlings is good when the throwing in density are 4 -5×104cells/me. The fostering density of the veliger of the coelomactra antiquata (spengler)is suifable with veliger 2 - 5ind/me.
