摘　　要：目的观察不同品系小鼠感染华支睾吸虫后，血清中特异性抗体IgG、IsGI／IgG2a的动态变化。方法NaOH消化法粪检虫卵，ELISA法测定不同品系小鼠感染后4、8和12w血清中抗体IsG、IsGI／IgG2a的动态变化。结果三个品系小鼠血清IsG均于感染后第4～8w升高，约在第10w达到高峰，此后开始下降并维持至观察结束的第12w；IgGI／IgG2a比值感染后逐渐增高，并持续至第12w。结论华支睾吸虫感染的免疫应答发生了由Th1免疫应答向Th2免疫应答转变的趋势。Objective To observe the dynamic changes of specific IgG, IgG1/IgG2a against the adult antigen of Clonorehis sinensis in sera from different strains of mice after infection. Methods The eggs from feces of the 3 strains of mice were detected with NaOH digestion method and the ELISA were used for the quantitative determination of specific IgG, IgG1/IgG2a against the adult antigen of Clonorehis sinensis in sera 4w, 8w, 12w after infection. Results The specific IgG in 3 strains of mice increased at the 4th - 8th week after infection, which reached the peak at about the 10^th week post infection, then began to decrease;IgG1/IgG2a in 3 strains of mice continuously increased to the 12^th week after infection. Conclusion The immunological reaction in mice with C. sinensis shows a tendency from Thl - type predominant response to Th2 - type predominant response along with the extension of the infection.
