摘  要:在水稻幼苗期、分蘖期、园秆拔节期,用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)溶液,连续4年重复3~4次处理sd-1和5个非sd-1基因矮生和半矮生水稻品种。结果表明:除雪禾矮早有些差异外,4个矮生和半矮生基因品种株高不论在幼苗期、分蘖期或园秆拔节期对GA3反应均敏感。相关分析表明:这种敏感性在幼苗期与分裂期和园秆拔节期之间呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.8571*和0.8756*,分裂期与园秆拔节期也呈正相关(0.9213*)。说明目前国内外采用以水稻株高对GA3反应敏感与否来判断是否携带sd-1基因的方法是不可靠的。如何快速有效鉴定新矮源需进一步探索。sd 1 gene and 5 non carrying sd 1 dwarf and semidwarf gene varieties in the seedling stage,the tillering stage and the shooting stage were separately treated with varous concentration of gibberellic acid(GA 3).The results showed that shooting height in 4 dwarf and semidwarf gene varieties as same as sd 1 gene varieties were sensitive to GA 3 treatment.Statistical analysis indicates that there exist remarkable positive correlation between the seedling stage,the tillering stage and the shooting stage.It seems to be unreliable the method,depending on whether sensitive or not to GA 3,can be used to decide whether carry sd 1 gene or not in rice.The rapid method for identifying different dwarf genes in rice should be studied hereafter.
