大生集团与荣氏集团兴衰成败之道探究

摘　　要：张謇创办的大生企业集团和荣氏兄弟创办的荣氏企业集团,是中国近代形成最早、规模最大、具有重要地位和影响的两大民营企业集团。两者几乎同时起步于十九世纪末,比邻于苏南。创办初期,大生集团的基础和实力远比荣氏集团雄厚,早期的发展势头大生集团也远比荣氏集团强。但是历经几十年的坎坷曲折后,大生企业集团破产易主、式微衰败了,而荣氏企业集团却兴盛发达,成为中国首屈一指的"面粉大王"、"棉纱大王"。为什么两者发展结果会出现如此之大的反差?文章透过表象对两者所走过的发展道路,及其在发展战略、资金运作、经营方针、营销策略、管理体制、运营机制、企业文化、育才用人之道等方面的主要差异进行深入的比较,揭示了两者兴衰成败之原由。It is well-known that Dasheng Group founded by Zhang Jian and Rongshi Group founded by Rongshi brothers were the two earliest, largest and most important private enterprises in modern China. Both the groups began in the late of the nineteenth century, located in the south of Jiangsu Province. Originally Dasheng Group was much stronger than Rongshi Group. However, with decades of frustrations and tortuousness, Dasheng Group has come down the world, yet Rongshi Group has increasingly become prosperous. This paper reveals the causes of their prosperity and decay by making a profound contrast of the two groups from their respective development strategies, marketing tactics, managing systems, etc.
