济南市农用地集约利用水平10年变化研究

摘　　要：建立了济南市农用地集约利用评价指标体系,利用熵值法等建立起综合评价模型,对济南市农用地的集约利用水平的10年变化进行了分析。结论表明,济南市农用地集约利用水平在不断提高。在各准则层中,对农用地集约利用影响最大的是土地投入强度,其次是土地利用效率和可持续发展能力,土地利用强度影响最小。济南市农用地可持续发展能力不断下降,今后在增加投入,提高农用地利用效率的同时,应该注重可持续发展能力的培养。An index system was established to evaluate the intensive status of Jinan＇s agricultural land from four aspects： utilizing intensity, land investment degree, utilizing efficiency and sustainable development status. The conclusion indicates that the intensive degree of Jinan＇s agricultural land was improving constantly from 1996 to 2005. The agricultural land use intensity was prone to be influenced by land investment degree, and then was land utilization efficiency and sustainable development capacity; the utilizing intensity was the last. In the four aspects, the sustainable development capacity was decreased in the past ten years. So from now on, more attention should be paid to cultivate the sustainable development capacity while increasing investment degree and improving land utilization efficiency.
