摘  要:通过在S195柴油机上进行对比试验,分析了棕榈油及棕榈油—乙醇混合燃料的不同比例对柴油机性能的影响。研究结果表明,柴油机燃用混合燃料后,乙醇的掺烧率为30%以下时,其动力性能良好,折合油耗率均有不同程度的改善。柴油机燃用棕榈油和混合燃料时,与燃用柴油相比,碳烟在整个运转工况范围内有大幅度的降低;在大负荷下的CO排放量有明显的降低,NOx排放量有所改善;随着乙醇比例的增大、NOx和碳烟排放量逐级降低,HC排放量比燃用柴油时有所增加。In this paper the influences on the emission performance of a diesel engine fueled with palm oil and palm oil-ethanol blends (PEF) were analyzed. The result shows that after using the palm oil and PEF on the diesel engine, it can well reach the original engine power, and the equivalent brake specific fuel consumption rate have been improved to some extend when the proportion of ethanol in PEF is below 30%. Compared with conventional diesel fuel, palm oil and PEF show apparently lower smoke emissions at all conditions, and sharply reduction in carbon monoxide (CO) at high load condition. With the increase proportion of ethanol in PEF, it shows slightly improvement in NOx and smoke emissions but slightly higher HC emissions.
