摘 要:机油泵是发动机润滑系统的关键部件。转子式机油泵结构紧凑、工作可靠,在中小功率柴油机上广泛应用。影响该类型机油泵性能的关键是内外转子的型线和齿数,虽然我国转子规格已系列化,但随着生产加工工艺的技术进步,可以根据柴油机的使用需求设计不同型线和齿数的转子。为此,通过对转子和壳体的运动分析,得出影响机油泵性能的相关参数和结构要点,并探讨该形式机油泵一般的设计方法。The oil pump is the key component of the engine lubrication system, rotor-type oil pump has obtained the widespread application on the medium and small power diesel engine because the structure is compact and the work is reliable. The key that affects the oil pump performance is the line and mentions of rotor, although the rotor specification serialized in our country, we can design the different shape line and mentions of the pump according to the diesel engine use demand along with the advancement of production craft .This article through to the movement analysis of the rotor and the shell, obtains the structural features and parameters influencing pump performance, and discusses general design method of this type oil pump.
