摘　　要：农机市场准入属于特殊市场准入,是与社会公共利益密切相关的一种特殊经济活动,有必要加强农机市场准入问题研究。为此,介绍了农机市场准入制度的法律渊源和基本原则,分析了现行农机市场准入制度的弊端,提出了农机市场准入体系的建设重点。The farm machinery market admittance, which belongs to the special market admittance, is a kind of special economic activity which relates to social and public interests, it is necessary to enhance the study of the farm machinery market admittance. In this paper, law sources and basic principles of the farm machinery market admittance system were introduced, disadvantages of this system were analyzed, and the constructing emphases, recommendations and measures to the farm machinery market admittance system were put forward.
