摘 要:对锦橙在江津栽培条件下的12个表型性状进行了主成分分析和分类。结果表明:前4个主成分的累积贡献率达84.46693%。根据主成分的因子负荷量及其主要指标组合,将12个生物学性状分为5类,分别称之为花序因子、枝梢因子、冠形因子、干形因子、叶形因子。主成分分析说明了这5类因子对锦橙的作用。Twelve biological characters of “Jincheng' C.sinensis (L.) Osbeck Airy-Shaw have been studied by meams of the principal components analysis and classification. Result manifested as follows: The additive contributing rate of the first four principal components amounts to 84.46693%. According to the information of loading and the compose of main target of the principal components, the 12 biological characters could be divided into 5 groups:Inflorescence factor; Branch and shoot factor;Crown form factor; Strunk form factor; Leaf form factor. The principal components analysis has illustrated the effect of these 5 group factor for the tree of “Jincheng'.
