摘  要:基于法向等距线法涡旋型线生成理论,建立修正型线的母线经过原点和不经过原点情形下3种无倾覆力矩压缩机构的几何模型.研究在给定的基圆半径下,几何模型中母线的修正角、修正圆弧半径等随着修正参数的变化.结果表明,3种模型理论上都可以作为无倾覆力矩压缩机构,在对称修正模型中,动、静涡旋齿端部分的壁厚同时增大,质量随之增大,不利于排气孔口的开设.而母线不经过原点的不对称无倾覆力矩压缩机构模型具有理想的几何特性,是柔性化的几何模型.Based on normal isometric method for scroll profile generation, three geometric models of scroll compression mechanism without overturning moment were established for the generatrix of modified profiles either passing through the origin of coordinates or not. Variation of modification angles,modification arc radius of the generatrix and with modification parameters was investigated. The result showed that all of the above three models could be used as the mechanism without overturning moment. Nevertheless, in the symmetric modifiention model, it unfavorable for the discharge port to be disposed due to the increase both in wall thickness of the scroll top and in the mass of the machine. In contrast, in the asymmetric model with a baseline not passing through the origin of coordinates, the compression mechanism had the most ideal geometric properties and was believed to be a flexible geometrical model.
