摘  要:针对混流式水轮机叶片形状的复杂性给其三维实体造型带来的困难,以混流式转轮叶片二维木模图为基础,基于PRO/E软件的三维建模功能,采用从点到线、线到面、面再到体的方法,对混流式水轮机叶片进行三维造型.为了提高造型的准确性,用切割的方法对叶片进水边、上冠及下环进行修型,从而可真实准确地得到木模图所表示的混流式水轮机叶片的三维实体造型.Aimed at the difficulties with 3-D modeling of blades of Francis turbine due to the complexity of the blade's shape, a new method of its 3-D modeling was introduced on the basis of 2-D wood on pattern drawing of Francis turbine blade by means of PRO/E to draw line from point, then draw surface from line finally get body of the blade from surface. To increase the accuracy of model, the inlet edge as well asthe upper and lower canopy of runner blade were modified by means of blade cutting, so that the 3-D model of Francis turbine blade could be obtained in actual and accurate accordance with that given by its wooden pattern drawing.
