摘 要:针对两种不同结构型式的圆锥形喷嘴,利用计算流体力学的方法对高压水射流流场的速度、压力、介质等物理量进行两相流的数值模拟分析,并对两种喷嘴进行比较.结果表明,锥直形喷嘴的长径比在2~3时速度最佳,在长径比取值合适时,短管内会形成负压,射流的边界层主要为水滴,其稳定性取决于韦伯数.Aimed at two conical nozzles with different configuration, the pressure and velocity in the flow field of high-pressure water-jet as two-phase flow were numerically simulated and analyzed by means of computational fluid dynamic method and compared to each other between the two nozzles. The result showed that the optional velocity distribution was obtained when the ratio of length to diameter of the straight conical nozzle was within the range of 2 to 3. When this ratio was appropriately selected, negative pressure would be formed in the nozzle-end and the boundary layer of the water-jet was basically composed of water-drops. The stability of the boundary layer was dependent on its Weber number.
