安哥拉山羊改良陕北黑山羊后代皮肤毛囊研究

摘　　要：于１９９４年４月份，采集安哥拉山羊、陕北黑山羊及其级进杂交后代的皮样，制作皮肤切片，进行皮肤及毛囊结构特征的观察研究。结果表明：随着级进代数的增加，杂交后代的毛囊密度、形态及结构与安哥拉山羊逐渐接近，到Ｆ３与安哥拉山羊基本一致，且具有较强的生长马海毛纤维的机能。培育新品种可以从Ｆ３开始横交固定。The morphological structure of the skin follicle of Angora goats,North Shaanxi local black goats and their crossbred goats were observed.The results showed the follicle density and the morphological structure of the crossbred were close to Angora goats along with upgrading,and when came to the 3rd generation,they were very similar to those of Angora goats and had a stronger productivity of mohair fibre.The breeding of the North Shaanxi Mohair Goat should centre on F3 for intermating.
