扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎血清细胞因子和炎症纤维化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清相关细胞因子和炎症纤维化指标的影响。方法选择慢性乙型肝炎患者112例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,患者均给予常规保肝治疗及对症处理,治疗组56例患者同时给予扶正化瘀胶囊口服,治疗24w后,采用固相化学发光酶免疫分析法检测患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-2、IL-10水平;Bayer公司ADVIATM1650全自动生化检测仪检测肝功能;放射免疫法检测血清HA、PC-Ⅲ、LN、IV-C水平。结果(1)治疗组炎症纤维化相关细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05),而IL-2和IL-10明显增加(P<0.05),其中TNF-α和对照组相比降低明显(P<0.05),IL-2较对照组升高显著。(2)治疗组ALT、AST、GGT、Tbil等肝功能指标和肝纤维化指标HA、PC-Ⅲ、LN、IV-C均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),和对照组相比显著下降(P<0.05),而Alb则较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清相关炎症纤维化细胞因子具有调节作用。同时能改善患者的肝功能、减轻肝纤维化。Objective To observe the effects of Fuzheng Huayu capsule on cytokines and inflammation-fibrosis indexes in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods one hundred and twelve patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group. All patients received conventional therapies. While 56 patients in treatment group were administered with Fuzheng Huayu capsule .additionally. After being treated for 24 weeks, cytokines in serum of patients were detected by using of a highly sensitive chemiluminescence enzyme immune assay. Liver function of patients was determined by ADVIATM1650 chemistry system. HA, PC-Ⅲ, LN, IV-C of hepatic fibrosis indexes in Serum of patients was examined by radio immunoassay. Results （1）TNF- α and IL-6 of cytokines were reduced notably in Serum of patients in the treatment group（P 〈 0.05）; while IL-2 and IL-10 were increased remarkably （P 〈 0.05）;especially TNF-α was lowered and IL-2 was augmented prominently in comparison with control group.（2）ALT, AST, GGT, Tbil of Liver function and HA, PC-Ⅲ, LN, IV-C of liver fibrosis indexes were all decreased significantly in patients of the treatment group compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. but Alb was statistically higher than before in the treatment group （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu capsule may not only have an effect on inflammation-fibrosis related cytokines in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B but also can improve patients＇ liver function and fibrosis.
