西藏草毡土中放线菌资源与分类研究

摘　　要：对采自西藏拉孜、那曲、唐古拉３个地区的草毡土壤样品，用４种培养基分离纯化出１５８株放线菌，按常规方法进行了初步鉴定。根据形态特征和生理生化特性，除２株菌尚难定属，其余分别归入８个属，其中链霉菌属占绝对优势。此外还对西藏草毡土中放线菌的数量和组成进行了探讨。In this paper,158 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from Alpine meadow soil samples collected in Lazi,Naqu and Tang Gula Region in Tibet by spreading the samples on five kinds of agar media.Isolates were identified by conventional procedures.Except for the two undeterminable strains of actinomycetes,the test strains were classified into eight genus on the basis of morphological and physiological characteristics.Streptomyces occupied an absolutely dominant position.The amount and composition of the actinomycetes in the Alpine meadow soil samples in Tibet were also discussed.
