摘  要:目的:探讨三七三醇皂苷对大鼠脑梗死后不同恢复时点相关病理生理改变及对血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉梗塞大鼠模型(MACO),研究三七三醇皂苷对大脑中动脉梗塞大鼠脑缺血后不同时间点的行为障碍、缺血组织病理形态及血清白细胞介素-6水平的影响。结果:阻断大脑中动脉后3d内,所有大鼠都出现程度不同的运动障碍,血清IL-6水平显著升高。三七三醇皂苷可减轻MCAO大鼠神经功能损伤表现,部分改善其活动度,明显抑制其血清中IL-6水平。结论:三七三醇皂苷能有效抑制级联反应中炎性细胞因子IL-6的产生,减轻或消除脑缺血级联反应中的炎症反应,发挥保护神经元的作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of PTS on the related pathophysiological changes and serum IL-6 level at different time points after the middle cerebral artery occlusion ( MCAO ) in rat's brain. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia of rat was established by the suture-occluded method.The effect of PTS on the behavioral disturbance, the pathological change of ischemia tissue and the level of serum IL-6 at different time points(3d,7d,28d) after MCAO and cerebral ischemia in rats were studied. Results: After MCAO,different degrees of motion disturbances were observed in all rats. The infarct spot can be observed in all groups except the normal. The nerve cell necrosis can be found in all rats after 24 hour of MCAO. The result showed that PTS could improve the degree of motion disturbance ,rcduce the infarct spot obviously; after MCAO, the serum IL-6 were increased obviously but could be reduced by PTS. Conclusion: PTS can protect the neurons, reduce and eliminate the inflammatory reaction of cerebral ischemia cascade reaction effectively, which may relate to its inhibiting effect on cell factors such as IL-6 production after cerebral ischemia.
