依匹斯汀缓解皮炎湿疹患者临床症状的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨依匹斯汀对皮炎湿疹各种客观症状的治疗效果。方法治疗组及对照组分别应用依匹斯汀及氯苯那敏治疗,于治疗后第7、14、21、28天记录红斑丘疹、渗出糜烂、浸润及苔癣化3种客观症状。结果两组红斑丘疹及浸润苔癣化的症状的缓解情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组渗出糜烂症状的缓解亦较对照组迅速,但二者差异无统计学意义。结论依匹斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹起效快,疗效确切,耐受性好。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of epinastine alleviating all kinds of objective symptoms of dermatitis eczema. Methods The treatment group epinastine treatment and control group received chlorphenamine. Three kinds of objective symptoms including erythema papula, transudatory erosion, infiltration and lichenification were recorded on day 7, 14, 21 and 28 after the treatment. Results There were obvious differences of alleviation in the clinical symptoms about erythema papula, infiltration and lichenification between two groups （P〈0. 05）; the patients＇ symptom of transudatory erosion recovered quicker in treatment group than that of control group, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion Epinastine has a rapid and assured effect to treat dermatitis eczema, moreover, it is easy to accept by patients.
