摘　　要：近年来对药物代谢酶CYP3A基因的遗传多态性的研究较多,作为参与药物氧化代谢的重要酶系,临床上约60%的药物由CYP3A代谢,许多经CYP3A代谢的底物同时又是它的诱导剂或抑制剂,因此阐明药物因素对CYP3A基因的调控对临床安全用药有非常重要的意义。Recently more studies focused on the polymorphism of CYP3A（cytochrome P450,subfamily ⅢA） gene.As one of the most important drug-oxidative metabolizing enzymes,CYP3A is responsible for the metabolism of more than 60% clinically used drugs.More substrates which metabolised by CYP3A are also its inductors or inhibiters.Therefore,it is important to clarity the regulation of drugs on CYP3A gene in clinical medication with safety.
