摘　　要：教师人格是教师心理、教学心理研究的重要内容之一。近年来,高校教师人格研究已为高等教育和心理学工作者所关注。以1990年以来我国高校教师人格研究的文献为基础,通过对其进行概括和总结可以发现已有的研究方法、研究工具较为单一;对人格特质及影响因素的研究不够深入,有待拓展;在人格结构及评价方面,缺乏针对高校教师的量表的编制。由此,研究方法需要科学化、本土化和多元化;研究内容需要丰富和拓展;同时,还需要加强理论和实践的结合。College teachers＇ personality, an important aspect of teachers＇ psychology, has drawn the attenuon of Chinese psychologists and higher education researchers. Based on the researches on the personality of college teachers from 1990, this paper gives an overview in five aspects： research methods, personality traits, factors affecting personality, relationship between personality and mental health, the structure and assessment of college teachers＇ personality. And it is proposed that research methods should be scientized, localized and diversified, research content enriched and theory and practice combined.
