摘  要:为有效地集成生产装备和操作工人实现在线的数据采集与信息交互,提出了一种面向服务的离散车间可重构制造执行系统,该系统通过实时数据采集与信息交互平台的构建,实现了与装备的集成化运行,并为操作工人提供了一个实时的信息采集与信息交互的工作平台。在此基础上,提出了一个四维的系统模型,该模型包括基于模型驱动的系统构建方法、面向服务的系统体系结构、基于服务的可重构单元构建方法和面向服务的系统集成技术。其中,通过模型驱动的系统构建方法,实现了系统模型与系统实现的统一,以及系统的跨平台重构;通过基于服务的可重构单元构建方法,构建不同粒度的服务、基于动态服务组合的流程编排,实现了业务功能的重用和动态的流程重构。最后,基于上述系统架构和实现方法,进行了系统开发和应用试点。To integrate equipments and operators effectively and realize online data collection and information interaction, a reconfigurable Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for discrete workshop based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) was proposed. This system realized the integration with equipments and provided an information communication platform for the operators by real-time data collection and information interaction subsystems. Based on above mentioned architecture, a four-dimension system model was put forward which consisted of model-driven system construction method, service-oriented system architecture, and reconfigurable unit construction method based on service and service-oriented system integration. Model-driven method realized the unification of system model and system realization, as well as system reconfiguration among different platforms. Different granularity services were constructed and the business process was realized by service choreography dynamically by using the method of reconfigurable unit construction based on service, which realized the function reuse and dynamic process reconfiguration. Finally, the system was developed and applied based on the proposed system architecture and implementation method.
