摘  要:以藜芦醛为主要原料、异丙醇为溶剂,经硼氢化钠还原、溶剂萃取、减压精馏得到产物藜芦醇。较佳的反应条件为n(硼氢化钠):n(藜芦醛)=0.32:1,温度20℃;实验提高了还原效率、减少了硼氢化钠的耗量;精馏后得到高纯度的目标产品(GC纯度大于98%),产品收率达85.2%;产物经GC-MS分析证明结构正确。Veratryl alcohol was synthesized through the reduction of sodium borohydride from veratraldehyde with isopropanol as solvent, followed by solvent extraction and distillation under reduced pressure. Better reaction conditions are: n(sodium borohydride):n(veratraldehyde)=0.32:1, temperature 20 ℃, under which the reduction efficiency is improved and the consumption of sodium borohydride is reduced. The product is highly pure (GC>98%) with an overall yield of 85.2% after rectification. Structure of the product was confirmed by GC-MS.
