摘  要:以E44环氧树脂、二缩三乙二醇和丙烯酸为主要原料,合成了1种紫外光固化用新的醇改性环氧丙烯酸酯预聚物。探索了反应温度、原料配比、催化剂种类及用量和反应时间等条件对反应转化率的影响,并用红外光谱表征了产物的生成。结果表明,适宜的反应温度在100~102℃,丙烯酸用量在达一定程度后随其用量增加表现出转化率下降;保温反应3h后转化率达98.5%以上,催化剂用量达一定量后,对反应转化率影响不大。试验产物经调制成纸张上光油后进行固化实验,成膜性能很好。A UV-curving modified epoxy acrylate prepolymer is synthesized from E44 epoxy resin, triethylene glycol and acrylic acid as the raw materials. Effect of reaction temperature, ratio of the raw materials, kinds and amounts of catalysts and reaction time on conversion of the reaction are studied. IR spectrum is used to confirm the structure of the products. Results show the optimum reaction temperature is between 100 ℃ and 102 ℃, the conversion decreases with the increasing of the amount of acrylic acid to a certain degree; conversion reach over 98.5% after holding the reaction for 3 hours, when the catalyst amount increases to a certain level, there is little change on the conversion. The product is tested for a solidification experiment after it is made into a lustering oil on printing papers. It has good film forming performance.
