摘  要:针对聚偏二氯乙烯-氯乙烯(PVDC-VC)共聚树脂加工性能较差的特点,分析了共聚物的组成、相对分子质量及其分布、颗粒结构和增塑剂等因素对加工性能的影响,提出了改进其加工性能的化学和物理方法。认为应缩短PVDC聚合反应的时间,提高生产效率、降低成本,继续提高加工过程的热稳定性和制成品的韧性,以提高竞争力。Influence of factors, such as copolymer composition, relative molecular weight and distribution, granule structure, plasticizer on process performance and so on are analyzed according to the poor process performance of vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer (PVDC-VC) resin. Some chemical and physical methods to improve the performance are advised. It is recommended that the PVDC condensation time should be shortened, the production efficiency should be increased and the cost should be decreased. Thermal stability of the process and the toughness of finished product should be further enhanced in order to improve the competitive capability.
