摘  要:系统工程与优化技术在油田开发规划优化及决策中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。在简介优化技术在大庆油田"六五"至"十一五"规划编制中应用的基础上,以"11599"工程目标的控含水为例,论述了大系统理论与方法、系统工程及运筹学方法等技术在油田开发规划优化及决策中的应用。应用效果表明:通过应用大系统理论建立了全局—分类—采油厂3级指标分配模型及目标串式调优算法,解决了指标合理分配问题;将序贯决策思想和结构分析方法引入到油田开发决策中来,并根据系统工程的思想,进行多种学科的有机结合,实现了由简单定量—定性与定量相结合的转变。The significance of system engineering in optimization and decision of development and planning of Daqing Oilfield is undeniable. Applications of the improved technology in plan framing during " the 6th five-year plan" to "the 10th five-year plan" in Daqing Oilfield are briefly introduced herein. Taking the "11599" plan target of water cut control as illustration, applications of theory and methods of large-scale system, system engineering and opsearch in optimization and decision of oilfield development and planning are fully expounded. Application results indicate that large-scale system helps to build up a 3-level target allocation model of general-classification-subsidiary oil production plants and string target evolutionary calculation, which would solve the problem of rational target allocation, introduce sequential decision and structure analysis to oilfield development decision. Integrate system engineering with muhidis- ciplinary analysis to realize the transformation from simple quantification to qualitification and quantification combination.
