摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的加快和市场竞争的日以加剧,以人为本、人性化管理越来越被企业所重视。企业家们正在寻求一种新的管理模式以适应现代企业的发展,柔性管理逐渐被企业界所接受,也必将成为一种趋势。文中就柔性管理在企业的应用作了一些探讨。With the advancement of economical people oriented, humanism management have been more and more considered by corporations. Enterprisers are seeking for a new kind of management model to fit the development of mordern corporations. Gentle management has been gradually accepted by corporations and will become a new direction as well. This article will give some discussion on the use of gentle management in corporations.
