摘  要:目的:确定超临界CO2萃取的满山红浸膏的化学成分,研究合适的浸膏后处理溶剂及脱蜡方法。方法:采用试管法对超临界CO2萃取的满山红浸膏进行成分分析与脱蜡研究。结果:满山红浸膏中除挥发油外,还含有香豆素,酚性物质,树脂,油脂等成分。无水乙醇和丙酮是理想的浸膏后处理和脱蜡溶剂。结论:该浸膏含较多的脂溶性成分,采用无水乙醇和丙酮作为浸膏的脱蜡溶剂是可行的。Objective: To confirm the components of the extractum from the Folium Rhododendri Dautici by supercritical carbon dioxide so as to find out suitable solvents for the extraetum post--process and the method of its dewaxing, Methods: The tube method was used for analysis of the extractum component and its dewaxing. Results:Besides essential oils,there were other components such as eoumarin, phenolic composition, resin, and grease in the extractum. Conclusion: The liposolubility is the major component in the extraetum,and therefore,dehydrated alcohol and acetone may be used as the dewaxing solvent for the extraetum.
