光整加工中两种旋涡流流场的计算机仿真与比较

摘　　要：运用了CFD通用软件Fluent和Gambit分别对具有3个喷嘴旋涡头的等直径圆管内和环形圆管内的旋涡液流场进行了数值模拟,并将模拟结果用矢量图、流线图、云图及曲线图表示,通过对模拟结果的分析和比较,显示了强制环流装置的优越性,为进一步研究提供了理论依据。This paper is mainly written about numerical simulation of swirling liquid-flow fields in even diameter hole and ring-shaped hole combined with the swirling flow head which has three nozzles. Fluent and Gambit software that is common software of CFD is used in the whole simulation process. the simulated results are showed by vectors graphs 、flown line graphs、contours and charts,it shows the superiority of compulsive circumfluence equipment by the analysis and comparison of the simulated results. All we have studied is as the basis for the next step.
