飞机结构的模糊等效腐蚀损伤研究

摘　　要：针对飞机结构腐蚀损伤的随机性和模糊性,提出了利用模糊等效腐蚀损伤来直观表示腐蚀损伤的新方法。结合腐蚀损伤的分布规律,选用了4种形式的模糊等效腐蚀损伤的隶属函数来表示腐蚀损伤的累积分布规律。通过分析处理预腐蚀疲劳试验结果,得出4种隶属函数都能较好地反映腐蚀损伤的累积分布规律,相比较而言,正态分布的隶属函数最优。The corrosion damage of aircraft structure has randomness and fuzziness, a new method is proposed to express corrosion damage by fuzzy equivalent corrosion damage. According to corrosion damage distribution law, cumulative distribution law of corrosion damage is conducted by four membership functions of fuzzy equivalent corrosion damage. Considering the results of analyzing pre-corrosive fatigue test, it shows that all of the four membership functions are good agreement with corrosion damage distribution law,membership function of normal school is comparatively excellent.
