摘　　要：本文立足于县级馆开架服务的实践,从"以读者为本"服务的视角出发,论述了开架服务条件、方法及应注意的几个问题,进而提出了县级馆开架服务的必要。Based on the practice of the service of open access shelves in county Library and from the angle of the service that the readers work is the foundation of library work this paper discusses about some problems of the condition, the method and should pay attention, then proposes the necessity of the service of open access shelves in county library.
