双螺旋辊式磨浆机螺旋套铸造工艺的研究

摘  要:采用普通砂型铸造、金属型离心铸造和树脂砂-金属型复合离心铸造3种方法,浇注成形双螺旋辊式磨浆机的螺旋套,并对3种铸造工艺进行了研究。结果表明,普通砂型浇注的螺旋套表面比较粗糙,螺旋套螺齿根部有浇不足的缺陷,并且螺齿根部存在缩松缺陷,晶粒比较粗大;金属型离心铸造浇注的螺旋套表面质量好,晶粒细小,但是在螺旋套的两个末端比较薄的部分容易出现浇不足的缺陷;树脂砂-金属型复合离心铸造浇注的螺旋套表面和宏观断口没有缺陷,晶粒细小,此工艺最合理。The screwy sheath of double screw roller grinded-paste machine was produced by sand casting,centrifugal casting with permanent mold and resin sand mould coupled with centrifugal casting,respectively,and three casting technologies were analyzed.The results indicate that the screwy sheath produced by sand casting has coarse grain and rougher surface with misrun flaw and shrinkage porosity on the boot of the screw,while that produced by centrifugal casting with permanent mold has high surface quality with fine grain,however,there exists misrun at the thinner location of two ends of the screwy sheath due to high cooling rate,and that produced by resin sand-centrifugal casting has excellent surface quality without defect in the microstructure with fine grain,so it is the desirable technology.
