摘  要:引入直纹面基线的曲率因素建立五坐标侧刃铣直纹面误差分析模型。通过研究刀轴矢量与母线、基线的空间关系提出角偏置概念,并推导出偏置角的求解方程。在此基础上提出半径和角偏置法,应用于直纹面五坐标加工刀位的计算,消除母线两端法矢异向引起的过切误差,实现对直纹面基线的精确加工,误差的总体分布也得到改善。实例分析误差分布与母线长度、法矢夹角等相关参数的关系,通过与半径偏置法进行误差分布指标量的对比证明该算法具有精度高、工艺性好等优点。An analytical model for 5-axis flank milling ruled surfaces tolerance is built considering curvature of the baseline. A new concept angle offset is advanced based on studying the relationship between tool axis vector and generatrix, the offset angle evaluate equation is obtained. Radius and angle(R&A) offset algorithm is put forward and applied to calculate tool location data for 5-axis flank milling ruled surfaces to improve the error distribution of the whole milled surface and eliminate the tolerance caused by the different direction of the normal vector, which make sure two baseline of the surface machined precisely. The influences of parameters such as length of generatrix, angle of two normal vectors of generatrix end point to the error distribution are analyzed by an example. The error distribution index of radius offset algorithm and R&A offset algorithm is contrasted, and the result shows that the latter one has higher precision and sounder process technology.
