摘  要:目的:了解农村乡镇卫生技术人员的在职培训情况,以及影响接受培训的因素。资料与方法:在江苏的苏南、苏中、苏北各选取1个经济发展水平居中的县(市),调查样本县所有乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员。结果:文章通过对位于江苏省的苏南、苏中、苏北3个县(市)乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员的业务培训情况调查,发现在岗业务培训是农村卫生技术人员培训的主要形式,有超过2/3的接受过培训的人都是通过在岗形式接受业务培训,对提供培训机构的分析也发现,医学院校以高等医学院校和市、县卫生学校为主要培训单位,而医疗机构则主要为二、三级医院,这主要与培训对象关心接受培训的方便程度和是否能真正学到知识等要求有关。影响培训的因素分析则发现,培训费用、工作岗位离不开和家庭是影响接受培训的主要因素。建议:在农村卫生技术队伍培训上应重视岗位培训,严格筛选和安排提供教学的机构,并鼓励卫生技术人员开展自我学习,建立终身学习机制。Objectives To investigate the situation of professional training to health professionals in township health centers(THC),and the factors impacting on accessibility to trainings.Materials and methods One county(or county-level city) of medium economic development was selected respectively in southern,middle and northern Jiangsu.Health professionals in all THCs are asked to answer the questionnaire.ResultsThe study finds that on-job training is the common way for rural health professionals.More than 2/3 of those who have got trained are in this way.With analysis of institutions providing training services,medical colleges and county medical school undertake major part of the trainings among educational institutions.And among medical facilities,secondary and tertiary hospitals play the key role.The major reasons for this are balance of convenience and education effects. Training expenses,workload and family concern are the main factors impacting training participation.Policy recommendations On-job training should be attached greater importance to in carefully selected training institutions.And health workers should be encourage to pursue self-education,and establish a mechanism for life-long study.
