摘　　要：中华书局点校本《新唐书》一方面誉满天下,一方面也存在一些缺陷。其问题主要在:1、校勘不够精审,漏校甚多;2、校勘分寸拿捏不当,部分校记尚需斟酌;3、校改原则把握不严,有违校勘宗旨。本次点校修订,拟仍以百衲本为底本,通校各种宋刻残本与现存较完整的元刻本,以及元刻明修本,并参校明毛氏汲古阁本、清武英殿本及浙江书局本。而本次修订最需要着力的地方,是全面运用本校与他校的方法,极力搜罗异文,仔细甄别材料,审慎决定取舍,撰写逻辑严密、文字简明的校记,同时注意充分吸取前贤及当代学者有关《新唐书》的校点考订成果,最终形成一个体例严谨,标点准确,校勘精审的新定本。The punctuated and emendated edition of《New Tang History》which was published by ZhongHua publishing house is famous for the world,on the other hand there are some limitations. The new recension will still use the same original edition Bainaben. we will exactly collate all kinds of fragments of Song editon,extant and integrated Yuan editions which include the Ming＇s recension,company with Jigu attic edition of Mr mao, WU-ying-dian of Qing dynasty and zhejiang pubishing house edition, we will emphasize on comparing the book to itself and the others.At the same time, we will absorb the researches of former wisdoms and contemporary scholars to provide a new untimate edition which has strict criterion, accurate punctuation and aborative collation.
