摘　　要：主要从图书馆员工队伍建设、构建与读者互动渠道和协调社会公共关系3个方面,对图书馆日常公共关系的管理进行了分析。This paper analyzes the ordinary public relation management of the library from three aspects of the librarians construction, the establishment of interative channel with readers and the coordination of public relation of society.
