摘　　要：简要介绍了"非物质文化遗产"的定义,阐述了高校图书馆收集地方"非物质文化遗产"的重要意义,并对高校图书馆如何保护和利用地方"非物质文化遗产"问题进行了探讨。This paper introduces the definition of ＂intangible cultural heritage＂, expounds the significance of collecting local ＂intangible cultural heritage＂, and probes into the issue of how university library to protect and use the local ＂intangible cultural heritage＂.
