摘 要:最近几年,许多教练员、运动员把一些发展核心肌群的力量练习作为体能训练的基本内容。核心肌群是指围绕在身体重心周围的多块肌肉,它的主要作用是平衡稳定身体。核心力量训练可提高肩、臂和腿等远端肢体上的肌肉工作效率和身体平衡能力。核心力量训练更多地模拟实际运动的动态特点,对运动员来说比较符合运动技术的要求。更重要的是,如果核心肌群得到良好的锻炼,则可降低运动员在比赛或训练中损伤的几率。从生物力学、运动解剖学和运动医学的角度解析核心力量训练原理,帮助人们更好地认识核心力量训练。In the last few years, many coaches, trainers and athletes have implemented some type of core training exercises. The core muscles consists of the ones that surround the center of gravity. The main role of core muscles is stabilizing and balancing the body. Core training will lead to greater maximal power more efficient use of the peripheral muscles of the shoulders, arms and legs, better body balance. Core training with more mimic the dynamic movements of sport, especially for athletes, should be specific to the required sports skill. Moreover, if the core is well trained, athletes are less likely to be injured in training or competition. Based on exercise a_n_atomy, exercise biomechanics and sports medicine, this study tries to introduce core training to help people well know core training.
