摘 要:以位于北回归线穿越的广西中部西江流域的来宾市五里塘285份普通野生稻样本为材料,利用平均分布于水稻12条染色体上的24个微卫星标记进行遗传多样性分析。结果显示:24对微卫星标记引物共检测到73个等位基因,平均每对引物得到3个,平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.4177,平均遗传杂合度(H)为0.4245,说明这些普通野生稻材料中有丰富的遗传多样性。通过逐步聚类分析,从285份材料中选出30份作为核心种质,该核心种质包含了24个微卫星标记能够检测到的所有基因突变位点,基本上可以代表该居群的遗传多样性。研究结果对居群的种质评估、遗传多样性保护和资源利用提供了参考依据。鉴于广西来宾市五里塘普通野生稻遗传多样性较丰富,建议对该原生地的现有居群进行重点保护和利用。Twenty-four SSR loci which were distributed evenly on the 12 chromosomes of rice were selected to assess the genetic diversity a- mong 285 accessions of common wild rice from Wulitang, Laibin city in the Xijiang valIey in central part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, where the Tropic of Cancer is across over. A total of 73 alleles, ie. ,3 alleles per primer pair on average ,were detected in the population. The average polymorphism information content (PIC) and average heterozygosity(H) were 0. 4177 and 0. 4245 ,respectively. The resuits indicated that there existed abundant genetic diversity among these 285 accessions of Wulitang wild rice population. By stepwise duster analysis,30 accessions were selected out from the population as nucleus germplasm. This nucleus germplasm contained all the allelic variation in the population detected by the 24 SSR loci, and so could be representative for the genetic diversity of the population. It is suggested that the priority should be given to conservation in-situ and further utilization of the Wulitang common wild rice from Laibin city, especially the 30 accessions of the nucleus germplasm.
