以奶山羊为实验动物模型治疗白色念珠菌性乳腺炎的研究

摘　　要：以健康泌乳奶山羊为实验动物模型,进行了白色念珠菌性乳腺炎的治疗试验。将30头奶山羊分为发病用药组,发病未用药组和健康对照组。给发病用药组和发病未用药组同时乳导管注射1mL的白色念珠菌的菌液,结果在48h后均出现不同程度的炎症反应。并从患羊乳汁中分离到白色念珠菌。给发病用药组用水煎的自拟中药方剂灌胃,5d后发病用药组症状明显减轻或消失,精神状况明显好转。分别于用药前后对30只奶山羊进行颈静脉采血用于血流变学分析和淋巴细胞转化试验,并分别于用药前后对30只奶山羊采集奶样进行乳成分分析,结果发病用药组的各项健康指标均接近或达到正常。但产奶量比健康对照组稍低。而未用药组的各项健康指标仍显著低于正常水平,证明本方剂对白色念珠菌性乳腺炎具有有效的治疗效果,为进一步研究由白色念珠菌引起的奶牛乳腺炎的治疗提供了试验依据。In the experiment,healthy milk goats as experiment animal models was used to study how to cure cow mastitis caused by Candida albicans. 30 healthy milk goats were devided into three groups：morbility medication group, morbility no medication group and healthy control group, lmL Candida albicans were injected into milk vessel of the morbility medication group and morbility no medication group. The result showed that inflammatory reaction with different degree occurred after 48 h ,and Candida albicans was isolated from milk samples of the milk goats which were ill. Goats of morbility medication group were intragastriely administrated with Chinese medicinal formulae made by ourself, After ~ve days the symptom of the morbility medication group relieved or disappeared obviously and the spirit state was obviously improved. The blood samples were from the jugular vein of all the 30 milk goats respectively before and after medication. The blood was used to analyze the blood rheology and blastisation of lymphocyte. Milk samples from the 30 milk goats were used to analyze the milk component. The results showed that all the health indicators of the morbility medication group approached or achieved the normal level. However,the yield of the milk is lower slightly than the healthy control group. Taken together,our data suggested that this Chinese medicinal formulae was effective to mastiffs caused by Candida albicans. The experiment is helpful to the study of cow mastiffs caused by Candida albicans.
