优质黄籽杂交油菜新品种黔黄油21号的选育研究

摘　　要：黔黄油21号是甘蓝型油菜黄籽不育系2225A与高含油量双低恢复系ZW3115杂交、鉴选出的优质、高产、抗逆性强的双低黄籽甘蓝型杂交油菜新品种。在贵州省油菜区试中的平均产量为175.27kg/667m2,比对照(油研10号)增产7.00%,区试中最高产量达230.33kg/667m2。含油量为46.28%、籽粒中的蛋白质含量为22.27%、芥酸含量为0.20%、硫甙含量为22.48μmol/g·饼。于2007年12月通过贵州省农作物品种委员会审定。Qianhuangyou 21, a yellow hybrid rape variety, was bred from 2225A （yellow GMS） x ZW3115 （restoring line with high oil and double low content）. The average yield of Qianhuangyou 21 was 175.27 kg/667m2 ,7.00 % higher than that of CK（ Youyan 10） and the highest yield was up to 230.33 kg/667m2 in Guizhou regional tests. The oil ,protein,erucic acid and glucocinolate contents of Qianhuangyou 21 were 46.28 % ,22.27 % ,0.20 % and 22.48 μmol/g cake respectively. Qianhuangyou 21 with higher yield, oil and protein content, lower erucic acid and lower glucosinolate content was approved by Guizhou Crop Variety Examination Committee in 2007.
