摘　　要：通过国电长源荆门热电厂200 MW机组在低谷负荷时的进相运行试验,详细分析了利用发电机进相运行调压所应考虑的问题及其在实际运行中的解决方法,并对发电机进相运行的调压效果作出了定性的分析。The Plant of state pow leading phase ope leading phase operation test was performed on a er generation group during valley load time. The ration to regulate voltage, and the solving method 200 MW unit of Jingmen Thermal Power problems which should be considered in in practical operation were analyzed in detail. The qualitative analysis of voltage regulation effect as the generator operating in leading phase was achieved,
