摘 要:针对国内外铜火法精炼中使用重油、柴油、石油液化气这一类石油产品为还原剂成本较高,且利用率低,还原过程中产生大量黑烟,造成环境污染的问题。开发研制出新型固体还原剂,并跟踪生产现场,取还原剂及氧化、还原铜样进行分析对比。通过生产实践,同重油进行对比,新型固体还原剂在铜回转式阳极炉还原期间既能解决逸冒黑烟,污染环境问题,又能缩短还原时间,降低生产成本,同时还原效果(还原速率、还原脱氧速率、还原脱氧率等)优于重油还原。According to the present problems that using the kind of petroleum reducing agents as reductant, such as the heavy oil, the diesel oil and the liquid petroleum gas is costly, the utilization rate is low, and there is massive black smoke in the reducing process and causes environment pollution. So our group has developed a novel solid reductant. We have tracked the production scene, and have analyzed and contrasted the reducing agent, oxidized and reduced copper samples. The production practice indicates, compared with the heavy oil, that the novel reducing agent can solve the problem of black smoke generation during the reduction period of copper refining by rotary anode furnace, shorten reduction time and reduce production cost, and the reduction efficiency such as reduction speed, reduction deoxygenation speed and reduction deoxygenation rate etc. is higher.
