摘　　要：对采用"熔炼→半连铸→挤压→焊接盘圆→拉拔→多次退火→预成型→终成型→产品"的工艺流程生产铅锌白铜线材中可能出现裂纹的原因进行了分析,提出了相关的解决措施,在实际生产中达到了减少裂纹,提高产品成材率的目的。process as smelting The paper analyzes the causes of cracks possibly appearing on the lead nickel-silver wire which is produced by the casting → extrusion → jointing and setting round →drawing→ repetitious anneal → premolding final molding →product. The corresponding measures have been brought forward, the cracks have been reduced and the product rate has been improved.
