摘　　要：介绍了霍尼韦尔公司HMC2003三轴磁阻传感器混合电路,以及其作为方位角传感器在测斜仪中的工作原理、计算方法和误差补偿算法。通过实验证明,该传感器的使用效果优于传统磁通门设计,提高了仪器的抗震性与可靠性,具有良好的精度,缩小了仪器体积。The magneto sensor HMC2003 from Honeywell is introduced. The working principle, numerical calculation and error compensation of HMC2003 as azimuth sensor applied on borehole inclinometer are explained on. The experimental show that this magneto sensor is effective than fluxgate for the improvement of vibrancy resistant and reliability, it has the better measuring accuracy and the volume of equipment is reduced also.
