摘　　要：高校图书馆是一个服务于读者的部门,和谐图书馆的构建需要馆员和读者的共同努力。只有馆员和读者相互尊重、相互体谅、相互关怀,才能构建一个文明和谐的图书馆。University library is a department of serving the readers, and the establishment of harmonious library needs the common efforts of librarians and readers. Only the mutual respect, mutual understanding and mutual caring between librarian and readers can establish a civilized and harmonious library.
