《体操运动员二、三级技术等级标准修改草案》的特点及意义

摘　　要：国家体育总局体操运动管理中心颁布了《体操等级运动员规定动作及评分规则》,其中的《体操运动员二、三级技术等级标准修改草案》作了较大的改动:第一次把对竞技体操运动员制定的标准面向大众和竞技体操爱好者,有利于大、中、小学竞技体操项目的开展;取消了体操爱好者二、三级达标年龄的限制,使体操爱好者能根据自己的时间制定计划,打下扎实的群众基础;增加了项目选择的自主性,且达标标准有所降低,爱好者可以根据自己的特点选择不同的达标项目;这一标准的修改,有利于促进竞技体操运动的普及,推动全民健身计划的深入开展。The Gymnastics Management Center of General Sports Bureau of China has promulgated the Rated Gymnast＇s Specified Moves and Scoring Rules, in which the Levels 2 and 3 Gymnast Technical Rating Standards Amendment Draft has made big changes to the original standard： The standards established for competitive gymnasts were orientated for the masses and competitive gymnastics lovers for the first time, which is conducive to the development of competitive gymnastics in universities, middle schools and elementary schools; the restriction of the levels 2 and 3 standards meeting age of gymnastics lovers was removed, so that gymnastics lovers can make plans according to their own time, which will build up a solid mass foundation; the independency of event selection was enhanced, and the standards to be met were somewhat lowered, so that the lovers can select different standard-to-be-met events according to their own characteristics; the amendment of these standards is conducive to the popularization of competitive gymnastics, and the boost of further development of the nationwide citizen fitness plan.
