摘 要:合成了以三羟甲基丙烷为核的脂肪族超支化聚醚,并对其进行了红外表征,羟值测定。通过物理吸附方法将其涂布在熔融石英毛细管内表面,测定了涂层柱的电渗流及其对碱性蛋白质的分离能力。结果表明,涂层柱能有效的抑制电渗流及蛋白质在毛细管内壁上的吸附;在pH=5.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,16 kV的操作电压下,对三种碱性蛋白质实现了基线分离,其中G4超支化聚醚涂层柱的分离柱效达到了106plates/m。A series of aliphatic hyperbranched polyethers were synthesized by using the trimethylol propane as core molecule,and their molecular structures were characterized by IR, hydroxyl value. These polymers were coated on the inner surface of fused silica capillaries by physical adsorbtion, and their electroosmotic flow and separation capability for basic proteins were investigated. The results demonstrated the coated columns were good enough to repress the electroosmotic flow and the adsorption of the proteins on the capillary wall. Three proteins compound were separated successfully by using the buffer of pH 5.0 and pressure of 16 kV. The separation efficiencies of G4 coated column reached 106 plates/m.
